We went for a stroll along the Seawall yesterday evening after Erin finished work and before dinner. After checking out of the Opus (and confirming our next booking there) it was a short Uber ride to her place in Fairview just across the water from Yaletown. We dropped our bags, said our quick hellos as she was working on line, and headed into the neighbourhood to check it out. Nice!

This will be a chance to be less of a tourist and more a part of the community, to be like the locals going about their everyday business….buying groceries, doing stuff and just generally “hanging out”.
If the weather stays like this….it’ll be very pleasant indeed.
